Job Description
As a Disclosure Specialist you will manage and send mortgage disclosures for the Account Management team ensuring compliance with regulations. You will handle redisclosures validate changes in circumstances and process updated disclosures within strict deadlines. Your role ensures accuracy adherence to policies and seamless loan processing in a fastpaced mortgage lending environment.

Shift: Night Shift (Tuesday Saturday 12:00 AM 9:00 AM Consecutive days off)
Work setup: Temporary Work From Home Any Emapta PH Site
Your Daily Tasks
- Manage and send mortgage disclosures on behalf of the Account Management team.
- Handle all redisclosures as they arise and are flagged by the Processor or Lock Desk.
- Validate whether a change of circumstance exists and requires redisclosure.
- Process and send updated disclosures to borrowers within 24 hours of receiving the request.
- Review reports to ensure that all loans requiring redisclosure are identified and addressed.
- Immediately notify the Supervisor/Manager of any loans that are out of compliance for redisclosure.
- Maintain exceptional service by demonstrating thorough knowledge of TRID RESPA policies procedures and regulatory requirements while upholding professional ethics.
- Stay uptodate with all mortgagerelated regulations and industry changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal state and local laws regulations and ordinances.
- Perform other related duties as required to support compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 2 years of experience in U.S. mortgage disclosure specifically handling Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosure (CD) fees.
- At least 1 year of experience in closing postclosing processing or real estate documentation within a title company or financial institution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve problems proactively.
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced processdriven environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan prioritize and meet production deadlines.
