Job Description
As a Loan Servicing Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient loan processing. You will extract reports from the LOS system perform precise data entry for FHA and VA loans and verify invoices for compliance. Your attention to detail will help streamline operations in the mortgage lending process.
Job Overview
Shift: Day Shift; Tues Sat 06:00 AM 03:00 PM Consecutive days off
Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home Any Emapta PH site
- Extract and generate reports from the company s LOS system (Encompass).
- Accurately enter data related to FHA and VA loans.
- Verify invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree from a recognized university or college.
- At least 3 years of experience in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Accounting experience or background is required.
- Experience in the US mortgage industry is a must
- Proficiency in typing (50 60 words per minute) with high accuracy.
- Experience using the Encompass system is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work independently.
- Proactive selfmotivated and eager to learn with a strong work ethic.
