You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailGeneral administrative and documentation of all SGS academy training activities to ensure that SGS Academy procedures are effectively being implemented.
Ensure that all administration KPIs are achieved e.g. certificate TAT report submission etc. Liaise with auditors subcontractor auditors trainers and technical experts on operational matters requirement where necessary.
Ensure all operational and administrative work are done in accordance with Global and Local Procedures.
Carry out operational and administrative work include document management and preparation certificate issuance invoicing training confirmation trainer confirmation venue arrangement trainee enrolment data entry and liaise with related party on the task related to training (backoffice).
Adherence to SGS Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management
