Leads management
- Manage and handle all inbound sales enquiries (E.g. calls texts emails)
- Provide quotations on cars or advise according to our internal procedures
- Assist customers to source for the best pricing in their vehicle sales requests
- Negotiate with our partners to match up the pricing needs of our customers
- Ensure continuity of service delivery by answering all requests from customers
- Perform timesensitive tasks and coordinate appointments between our customers and partners
- Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
- Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols
Driving revenue growth in transaction services within Cars category
- Identify the needs of potential customers to provide them with our vehicle sales and valuation financing and vehicle insurance services
- Prospecting to potential buyers
- Monitor prospects closely for conversions to actual transactions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other depts customers partners banks etc)
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
- A selfmotivated achiever with a drive for success in sales
- Passionate in cars and highly interested in the Autos industry
- Excellent endtoend selling skills including needs assessments followup objection handling and closing deals
- Effective negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on rotationalshift days
- Open to work on a contract role
