Our client a fast growing consulting firm is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire new clients across APAC while identifying new market opportunities.
Develop tailored growth strategies for the existing client portfolio as well as set and achieve quarterly and annual revenue growth targets.
Design and optimize campaigns across multiple channels for target accounts.
Develop tailored sales playbooks for different industries.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers while expanding client engagement across multiple service lines.
Design programs to maximize retention and wallet share of clients.
Monitor and improve client satisfaction metrics.
Manage a team of 810 professionals identifying hiring needs and assisting in hiring plans to scale teams effectively.
Design comprehensive KPIs for sales and account growth.
Implement training programs and career development frameworks for subordinates.
Foster crossteam collaboration and build a highperformance culture focused on continuous improvement.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles and ability to manage a team effectively (experience in assigning KPIs for staff and using performance evaluation metrics)
Understanding of B2B sales as well as account management with a proven record of achievements in sales data.
Understanding of CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.
Detailedoriented.
Possess strong leadership ability strong communication skills and analytical thinking.
