Greetings from Randstad
We have a resource requirement for SOX Documentation .
Qualifications & skills
Undergraduate degree or masters degree with 210 years of consulting / industry experience across
operational risk management
Experience of handling / leading / being a team member in endtoend compliance review / risk / assurance
reviews/ engagements.
Experienced in process mapping process walkthroughs test of design & operating effectiveness creating
findings memos & updating GRC tools.
Experience in FS sector and SOX testing exposure will be prioritised
The candidate must be conversant with Business Optix / Exposed to Airtable / MS Teams etc.
Indicative years of experience between 212 years
Flexible to work in UK time zone between a slot of 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (for 10 hours between this
slot). Do observe that the engagement would not be shift driven & may involve occasional extra hours basis
project needs
Committed start in Jan 2025 we would initiate onboarding process around midDecember.
