Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Digital Transformation Program Manager to be based in New York NY.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures directly and through subordinates that projects are completed on time and to company standards.
- Provides periodic progress reports to senior management.
- Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on financial analysis and improvement.
- Provide solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business processes and operations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the endtoend lifecycle of digital transformation initiatives from conception to implementation and postimplementation review.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation efforts and report on progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
- NYC agency experience
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies tools and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
