Job Description
- Lead digital transformation of fiber network construction and maintenance operations
- Design and implement standardized processes for crossborder construction activities
- Develop digital workflows for maintenance scheduling and execution
- Implement realtime project tracking and reporting systems
- Optimize fleet and workforce management across countries
- Create ROI models and value propositions for construction phase optimization
- Design integrated solutions incorporating core platforms:
- Agility (Operations Management)
- VetroFiber Map (Network Design)
- ZOHO One
- Fleet & Workforce Management solutions
- AWS API Gateway
- Connectivity for remote workforce
- IT infrastructure and support for the all staff involved with construction and network services
- Create technical architecture frameworks for crossborder operations
- Develop integration strategies for all systems
- Structure managed services framework for panAfrican operations
- Develop detailed pricing models and commercial proposals
- Create countryspecific implementation plans
- Design scalable solution for expansion to additional countries
- Lead solution discovery workshops with BCS stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams across countries
- Monitor and report on key transformation metrics
- Drive standardization of processes across operations
- Successful implementation of digital platforms across initial 7 countries
- Achievement of targeted benefits:

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
- 10 years experience in digital transformation roles
- Proven expertise in fiber network construction and maintenance operations
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and systems
- Experience with ERP systems and cloudbased platforms
- Track record of leading largescale transformation projects in Africa
- Experience in managed services structuring and delivery
- Deep understanding of fiber network construction methodologies
- Strong project and program management capabilities
- Experience with digital workflow design and implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen and proposal development expertise
- Crosscultural communication abilities
- Change management expertise
