Role Summary:

In this role you would be leading and managing programs with government teams in collaboration with our state team and partner organizations.
As a AM you responsibilities would involve but are not limited to:
- Program Design: Collaborate with government bodies and partners to cocreate impactful programs that promote ICT utilization in schools. This includes comprehensive planning implementation and the development of robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Program Management: Lead and support ICTfocused programs at district and state levels ensuring alignment with orgs mission and goals.
- Solution Design: Develop and cocreate solutions and resources that support the envisioned program outcomes.
- Program Implementation: Support and empower government partners in the successful execution of programs devising strategies for rapid adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner CSOs government officials and other stakeholders. Identify needs and opportunities ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Asset Development: Create knowledge and process documentation to enhance program replicability and scalability.
Skill & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in economics social sciences public policy education or related fields.
- 57 years of experience in the education sector with a strong background in program management within public or private sector organizations.
- Reflective and growthoriented mindset with a commitment to personal and team development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing education programs with a focus on ICT.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a track record of driving outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and operational demands.
- Proficiency with technology and comfort in using digital tools for program management and communication.
