A forwardthinking secondary school in Lambeth seeks a dynamic and dedicated Business Teacher to join their successful Business/Economics department. This is a fulltime permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to inspire students and contribute to a thriving learning environment. The successful candidate will be a passionate Business Teacher.
Key Responsibilities:The Business Teacher will
- Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (e.g. GCSE Business BTEC Business ALevel Business).
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attainment.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of the Business curriculum.
- Communicate with parents/guardians.
- Uphold all school safeguarding policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven ability to teach Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Business and a commitment to student success.
- Skills: Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Development: A dedication to continuous professional growth.
