The Senior Business Development Manager position in a few words
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of our automation testing solutions with a strong focus on expanding our presence in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering fields such as mechanical automation electrical or electronics and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions. Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals focusing on the expansion of both domestic and international markets.
- Drive international sales development identifying and securing new clients for automation testing machine solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring the continuous growth of business in key markets.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored automation testing solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering R&D etc.) to ensure product and service excellence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the automation testing industry.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate in a few words
- Education: Bachelors degree in engineering preferably in Mechanical Automation Electrical or Electronics.
- Experience: 810 years of experience in sales preferably in selling technical solutions or machinery in the automation or testing industries.
- Knowledge and skills:
- Proven track record in international sales and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of automation testing machines or related technical solutions.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
