This role is designed to strengthen relationships with business clients in Vietnam and ensure seamless access to international financial solutions that support their growth. The specialist will provide strategic guidance drive adoption and maximize value for key users.
Foster longterm engagement with key business clients ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and crossselling opportunities.
Support client onboarding and optimize their use of financial services.
Manage and expand relationships with existing business clients identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and valueadded solutions.
Actively strengthen client connections to drive retention satisfaction and business growth.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with analytics business development sales and customer success teams to develop strategic offerings tailored to the local market needs.
Proactively guide highpotential customers to ensure they are effectively utilizing available financial services.
Maintain uptodate records of customer interactions and business activities within the CRM system.
Represent the company at industry events networking opportunities and forums to enhance visibility and strengthen market positioning.
Work alongside marketing teams to craft compelling value propositions for the companys services.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the financial ecosystem.
Prepare business reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in gotomarket strategy discussions and contribute insights to refine client engagement models.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
12 years of experience in account management business development or customer success.
Proven ability to develop business cases conduct financial analyses and forecast impact.
Strong track record of achieving and surpassing business goals.
Strong analytical capabilities with datadriven decisionmaking skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Background in financial services payments or banking.
Experience with direct sales to small businesses engaged in international trade.
Familiarity with digital marketing affiliate marketing or social media strategies.
Exposure to business intelligence tools and data analytics.
Experience collaborating with remote teams across different regions.
Highly adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic business environment.
Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
