The Client Success Specialist is a clientfacing role responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to MH Besium s clients. You will serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring projects are executed to the highest standard and within specified timelines. Working closely with the Project Manager you ll play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and driving success for both clients and the company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage service delivery to meet client expectations and timelines.
- Work internally with the Project Manager to coordinate and track progress on client tasks and projects.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly escalating issues when necessary.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to clients on project status.
- Anticipate client needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate client records including communications project details and feedback.
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in a clientfacing role such as account management customer success or project coordination.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize client satisfaction and maintain longterm relationships.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging clients and collaborating with internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills to address client concerns and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
