- We are looking for a brilliant legal mind to join our growing global legal team. As a key member of our team you will support legal matters alongside other legal counsel in Europe.
- Initially supporting the Copperleaf business but expanding in late 2025/2026 to the full business.
- You will be advising on all legal matters but primary responsibility is to support to go to market teams including sales and consulting teams.
- Days will vary from advising and supporting on commercial contracts to providing advice on corporate governance matters.
- You will thrive in a fastpaced environment in a dynamic fastgrowing enterprise software company working alongside market unit leaders and sales teams as well as supporting other countries and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Structure draft negotiate and close SaaS software support and cloud contracts with customers and coordinate with other teams including Revenue Recognition team
- Give accurate and timely advice and support with integrity and responsibility in a variety of legal areas
- Align contractual terms with applicable playbooks and corporate standards
- Draft negotiate and help close contracts with partners and suppliers
- Coordinate with outside counsel as necessary
- Help manage other legal matters including providing advice to other parts of the business including Facilities Marketing and Procurement
- Dive into other adhoc tasks and projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with the broader IFS legal team by sharing knowledge helping out team members and sharing areas of expertise
- Assist in coordinating compliance related matters in the areas of anticorruption and environment privacy and export control
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders
- Keep up to date with changes in the law and regulation and maintain a deep industry knowledge
- Participate in audit activity as required
Qualifications :
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 4 years post qualification experience. Must have software/cloud/SaaS experience and preferably inhouse experience
- Proven experience delivering on a wide range of complex commercial contracts and demonstrable ability to handle complex negotiations
- A solid understanding of and proven experience advising on privacy matters. Experience with revenue recognition matters an advantage
- A rollup your sleeves attitude no project is too big or small for you. Get involved and help the legal team excel

- An analytical mind able to see the complexities but with excellent business judgement intellectual curiosity and the ability to balance legal and business requirements

- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Methodical and diligent with excellent planning abilities
- Must be fluent in English. Other language skills are an advantage
