Job Description
Cross Border Talents is looking for a German speaking Legal Content Moderator to join a leading provider in Santos Lisbon (great relocation support)!
What you will do:
- Reviewing and analyzing content on an online platform.
- This content is predominantly in form of reviews (textual content) but you could encounter other formats as well (photos websites etc.)
- Analyzing this content following certain set of guidelines by the client and these guidelines contain legal analysis.
- You will not proactively research legal systems of specific countries/markets the legal part of the position is applying the legal framework/guidelines provided to this LOOA team when reviewing the content.
- You will be reviewing process incoming legal requests (intellectual or nonintellectual property) E.g. Legal Requests related to privacy claims defamation fraud falsification.
- Evaluate whether each request is indeed to be processed by the team project or whether there is grounds and validity for each request.
- Understand and remain up to date with clients policies and guidelines.
- Review the request within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- You will gain insights into specific types of digital law.
Dont miss this offer:
- Yearly Gross Salary: 15260
- Yearly language bonus: 3240
- Yearly target bonus: 5% of yearly gross salary
- Yearly Transportation bonus: 720
- Daily Meal allowance: 7.63 paid in card
- Type of contract: 1 month training contract 1 year renewable contract w/ 30 days probation
- Relocation support: Bonus of 2500 if located out of Portugal or 1000 if you re located in other Portuguese city.
Requirements to join the team:
German C1 level and English B2.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes concepts and skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Hold EU ID or Residence card.
