We are the Noa Notes Team at Docplanner working on bringing cuttingedge artificial intelligence into the hands of hundreds of thousands of doctors worldwide. Our flagship product Noa (noa.ai) is an AIpowered assistant designed to revolutionize the work of medical staff.

What Does Noa (AI Assistant) Do

One of the skills of Noa helps doctors and medical professionals automate the notetaking process during patient consultations. Instead of generating full transcriptions Noa listens to conversations and produces structured detailed summariescustomized to fit the doctors preferred template and workflow.

Currently in Open Beta Noa has already assisted in over 65000 medical appointments processing 1.5 million minutes of consultationsand this is just the beginning!

 

About the Role

Were looking for a .NET Backend Engineer to join our team and help build the core functionalities of Noa Notes. Youll play a key role in developing scalable highquality and efficient solutions while working on the business logic of Noa integrations with Docplanner products and integrations with thirdparty systems.

What Youll Do

• Design and develop backend functionalities in .NET/C# following best coding practices.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity scalability and security.
• Implement clean architecture principles and the CQRS pattern.
• Develop and optimize scalable distributed cloud systems.
• Integrate AWS Azure Whisper and ChatGPT.
• Elevate queues such as Azure Queues or RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (Vue.js).
• Ensure high code quality through TDD DDD and extreme programming practices.
• Support DevOpsrelated tasks including Kubernetes deployments.
• Provide technical support and foster a culture of knowledgesharing within the team.

Qualifications :

MustHave:

• Strong experience with .NET/C# and relational databases (SQL).
• A deep understanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) and design principles.
• Experience working with NoSQL Docker and observability tools.
• A strong belief in testing as a crucial part of development.
• Experience with asynchronous and multithreaded programming.
• The ability to design complex scalable system architectures.
• Curiosity about endusers how they interact with and perceive our product.
• Ability to apply product management techniques when it comes to proper prioritization and scope slicing. 
• Strong problemsolving and algorithmic thinking skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges efficiently.
• High level of ownership and accountability with an entrepreneurial mindset as a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

NicetoHave:

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
• Experience in AIrelated projects (e.g. SpeechtoText).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Understanding of security authentication and authorization flows.
• Ability to understand Python codebase.
