Because we believe that you as a Senior Product Designer can make the most of your history of highquality work to help us deliver a seamless experience to patients doctors and clinics using our products. Youll be directly responsible for decisions that influence the product and the roadmap so we are looking for someone with a passion for making complex systems easy to use. Youll be involved in every step of the process defining the product collaborating with Product Managers Content Designers Engineering Leads and Researchers prototyping and scaling a product that is used every day by millions of patients. Youll be working on the Customers Area helping doctors and clinics provide better care to their patients by improving and shaping the future of our Saas tools and doctors mobile application. And on top of that youll be part of a Product Design Team with more than 20 Product Designers and Content Designers ready to provide feedback to your ideas support your growth and build a great design environment together.
How would you be impacting our mission
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team:
Collaborate crossfunctionally with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of design solutions.
Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback data analysis and industry trends to drive product excellence and innovation.
Mentor and coach junior designers fostering a culture of design excellence and growth within the organization.
Advocate for usercentered design principles and best practices championing the importance of empathy and user research in the product development process.
Contribute to the evolution of our products by using and helping improve our design system.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies design tools and industry trends applying relevant insights to enhance the user experience and maintain a competitive edge.
Act as a thought leader within the design community representing the company through conference presentations blog posts or participation in industry events.
Lead or participate in user testing sessions and usability studies to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions.
Drive the evolution of the companys design culture by fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and creativity flourishes.
Qualifications :
What will help you thrive
Relevant proven experience in Product Design.
You are very autonomous and impact driven.
Experience with Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
Experience with hypothesis generation experimentations definition and AB tests
Strong collaboration with crossfunctional teams like Product management research engineering data analysts etc
Experience working with data business KPIs and success metrics
Understanding of systems thinking and componentbased design patterns.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to give and receive feedback well supporting and improving the work of other designers as well as yours.
Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing highgrowth startup environment.
Fluency in English.
You have some experience writing HTML and CSS. You can communicate with developers on a technical level.
Growth mindset: nobody ticks all those boxes above but willingness to learn is strongly valued here.
