You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailManagement over PtP (Purchase to Pay) processes delivered by IAG GBS including part of the invoice processing process related to few and particular categories of suppliers managed by IAG GBS monitoring the payments coordinating BPO in order to maintain the backlog withing the established target
Monitoring of daily Teams performance and process execution according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Monitoring of process compliance segregation of duties and controls ensuring communication and education protocols are in place
Ensuring all audit action points (including ICFR) are actioned on time and adequate control is implemented stored and evidenced
Management over PtP process documentation (DTPs) and process maps including changes and proper approvals flow
Designing of new group finance processes and procedures to provide leadership and to meet business requirements
Driving automation implementation through SAP and/or MS Excel and data uploads
Continuous improvement in own area of responsibility; simplification and automation of PtP process and its reporting feasibilities and accuracy
Management over complex PtP queries resolution from suppliers and internal stakeholders
Conducting process failure root cause analysis
Developing Key Talents in the team to ensure growth opportunities
Qualifications :
MS degree in Finance Economics Maths or related fields
Knowledge of working in international financial & accounting organisation preferably in the Finance Planning and Analysis Record to Report (RTR) and/or Procure to Pay (PtP)
Experience in supplier and contract management data capturing analysing and presenting
Understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the accounting space
Experience in managing an operational team (up to 10 people)
Business partnering experience with a different level of stakeholders
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate analyse and solve problems
The ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to service excellence process improvements and automation
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Working proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and SAP HANA (VIM)
Experience in BRF and SAP Ariba would be an asset
Fluency in English
