The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Manager (Body Corporate/Strata Manager) to join their dynamic team fulltime at their centrally located Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial schemes while delivering exceptional service
- Attend meetings including chairing when required and provide accurate minutetaking
- Prepare budgets review financials and manage meeting agendas and minutes
- Respond to correspondence and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with committee members owners and other key contacts
- Engage in business development activities to grow the portfolio
- Collaborate closely with an Assistant Community Manager and internal support teams
About You
To succeed in this role you will bring exceptional customer service skills a proactive approach and the ability to manage complex situations confidently.
You will also possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including public speaking
- Excellent problemsolving and negotiation abilities
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A techsavvy mindset and proficiency with multiple software applications
- An ethical approach and commitment to delivering highquality service
- Strata or Body Corporate management experience is essential
