ELIGIBILITY
- Visionary leader with a strong background in luxury hotel management.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that align with short medium and longterm goals in areas including hotel performance people development and ESG initiatives.
- Charismatic ambassador for the property consistently demonstrating impeccable personal presentation and upholding the highest standards.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a resultsdriven collaborative approach and a robust commercial and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to maintain the propertys reputation through a guestcentric qualityfocused approach.
- A visible and approachable leader who actively engages with guests and fosters strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Dynamic leader who leads by example inspiring colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Passionate about team engagement with a demonstrated ability to motivate lead and develop a team of seasoned professionals.
- Prior experience as a General Manager specifically within the Australian market is essential.
