Role background
Wolt seeks an experienced performance marketing specialist to join the growing Global B2B Marketing team. This role will own build run optimize and report on global performance marketing campaigns supporting several of Wolts B2B products Woltwide. The B2B performance marketing Manager will be responsible for providing a consistent flow of qualified leads that turn into customers through sales and product funnels while working closely with local marketing team other B2B and central marketing teams and sales.
What youll be doing
- Design manage implement and execute user acquisition strategies.
- Implement manage and optimize marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Facebook Google (Search and Display) Paid Social Ad Networks as well as Programmatic direct media buy industry sites content syndication and more.
- Work closely with other members of the Marketing team across all Wolt regions.
- Work toward clear marketing KPIs such as CPL closed wons and revenue.
- Manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback and reporting analysis.
- Identify topperforming partners and channels and build strong relationships.
- Proactively conduct continuous AB testing and performance analysis in order to optimize campaign performance.
- Implement & Troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues.
- Partner with local sales team to gather their input on market needs and quality of leads as well as align on SLAs
Qualifications :
- Have a proven track record in tech/SaaS B2B media buying.
- Experience in some subset of Facebook Google & Programmatic
- Extensive handson experience with paid online marketing managing & scaling your own budget in a global capacity with high budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan media investments based on both business and campaign level KPIs manage and optimize budget across channels and do inhouse media buying.
- Obsessed with measurement and optimization.
- Detailoriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (e.g VLOOKUP pivot etc.) or experience with data analytics.
- Good understanding of B2B tactics: ABM Intentbased PLG.
- A passionate and organized selfstarter who doesnt accept the status quo but always seeks to improve and automate processes and workflows in order to increase performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
