Job Description
We are looking for a specialist to join our Payroll team. Our team is responsible for payroll and time management. Your task as a Payroll specialist is to take care of various time management and payrollrelated tasks such as interpreting the Working Time Act and collective agreements managing absences and reporting. In addition to specialist tasks you will act as one of the teams key users.
In key user role you will e.g.
- Conduct end user trainings during and after the implementation of new systems and in new ways of working.
- Facilitate user productivity of the solutions.
- Serve as single point of contact for the system and process related end user questions and concerns.
- Escalate system errors and provide solutions in collaboration with other key users and stakeholders.
- Have a significant role in solution testing during the system implementations and updates
- Initiate and participate in development projects representing the local and end user viewpoints.
- Act as an enthusiastic and positive change agent of the future systems.
- Create and maintain working instructions with process context for the applications.
An important part of your job is also internal customer service training and supporting managers.
You will succeed in this role if you have good interaction and collaboration skills as well as an organized approach to work. You have previous experience in Time Management as well as in Payroll or HR with excellent process and business understanding. You need to have development mindset with willingness and passion to influence and improve current processes and ways of working.
We expect you to have an education suitable for the role with a focus on Payroll and Time Management. It is essential to have proficiency in English and Finnish to be successful in this role.
