System and Process Specialist Invoicing

In Vattenfalls Customer Service unit in Finland we are responsible for Vattenfalls customer service processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Now we are looking for you a billing process specialist to join our great specialist team as a maternity leave replacement until summer 2026. Our team is responsible for customer service projects in Finland. Your responsibilities will include maintaining testing training and development of billing process as well as problem management and resolution.

One of our main tasks is to ensure that Vattenfalls customer service process works and evolves with the changing environment to meet our customers needs.  As a Billing Lead you will actively influence the future of your own process.

You will be responsible for the billing process in a holistic way; you will be able to both present your development proposals to our internal customers service providers and stakeholders and implement the project and train on the changes. Your working days will consist of routine tasks as well as solving new and interesting challenges and testing. You will act as a billing expert and support within our organisation. You will be part of a project team and support projects where we develop completely new solutions products and services.

You understand the invoicing process both at a large scale and at a practical level and are naturally curious about developments and new methods in your field. You will work closely with both our internal clients and our external service providers.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a professional with strong knowledge of the billing process preferably in the consumer business. Experience in the energy sector and/or other financial management roles would be an advantage. You have strong IT skills (MS Office) and speak fluent English and Finnish.

As a person you are selfdirected proactive analytical and customeroriented. You have a systematic working style and are solutionoriented. You will follow through on tasks you start and work effectively both individually and in a team. You have excellent interpersonal skills.  You take responsibility for your own process and are able to make independent decisions. You will strive for continuous development and for you change is an opportunity. Your work will be driven by a commitment to quality cost optimisation and efficiency.
