As a Customer Service Agent no two days are the same. The only guarantee is that youll explore whats possible be challenged solve problems and make a difference. With a strong and resilient attitude youll be surprised at what youre able to achieve and how you can play a key role in the experience our customers have. Youll create a welcoming environment so customers start their journey with us in a way thats positive. This includes meeting and greeting customers boarding and disembarking flights assisting our special needs customers marshalling in aircraft problem solving caring for our unaccompanied minors and providing information for customers.

Please note: It is essential for this role that you are in based in Darwin and have the ability to work a 7day rotating roster spanning across the hours of 04:00am to 11:00pm.
