About the Role
You will be working in a fastpaced organization that promotes crossfunctional collaboration to support our group business expansion and to offer worldclass claims services to our group medical clients and their employees.
YourKey Responsibilities Include:
- Handle claims process including preapproval case inpatient and outpatient claim
- communicate with claims customer on claims decision
- prepare regular reports and statistics
- Support manager to manage the claims teams daily operations and coach the new joiners
- Review and enhance claims practice and guidelines
- Support in other claims projects and/or system development
- handle administrative support duties in the claims area
About you
- Minimum of 4 years of claims experience in medical claims (both inpatient and outpatient claims) in a direct insurer or TPA service provider
- At least 1 year ofexperience in group medical claims assessment
- good communication skills with customers
- Independent selfmotivated a good team player and able to work under pressure
- strong analytical and independent problemsolving capability
- Good PC skills in MS Words EXCEL Powerpoint
Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Claims Senior Officer/ Officer.
