Reporting directly to the Audit Services Director you will be responsible to ensure a smooth run of our daily Operations in the Audit Department.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Leading and growing our Global network of Compliance Auditors (200 auditors across 50 countries) and Audit Support Team overseeing recruitment training and performance management to build a highperforming team.
- Developing implementing and refining Audit Standard Operating Procedures based on stakeholder feedback and claim analysis continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Designing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive project success and ensure timely reliable audit results utilizing data to identify trends areas for improvement and strategies for success.
- Overseeing transversal projects by partnering with internal teams such as sales marketing and IT fostering a collaborative environment to achieve organizational goals and enhance audit service delivery.
- Maintaining continuous communication with key clients to deliver topquality service and provide regular internal feedback on client satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Supervising and tracking the progress of various projects managed by the backoffice teams within the Audit Department ensuring projects are advancing according to plan and meet established goals.
- Staying updated on industry requirements and trends and promoting knowledge transfer to team members to foster ongoing improvement in audit processes.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role you have:
- A Masters degree in Engineering or any related background from an accredited University.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in overseeing factories Audits and people management.
- A good understanding about the Supply Chain industry Quality norms and CSR topics.
- Excellent spoken English skills; Any additional language would be a plus.
- Very good communication and peoples skills ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced global environment with competing priorities.
- Humble enthusiastic and rigorous with a taste for the field.
- Previous exposure to using AI at work or a strong personal acquaintance with AI products.
