Job Description
As our Operations Associate you will be responsible for the supply of our Courier Partners in our region and making sure that they have everything needed in order to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery from our restaurants & retailers to the customers.
In our Operations team no day is the same so you need to be selfmotivated driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal and communitybuilding skills!
What youll be doing:
Onboard retain and grow the number of happy Courier Partners on Wolts platform to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation;
Control daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery of orders;
Coordinate closely with fleet companies to understand demand forecasts and adjust supply accordingly;
Track and analyze courier supply KPIs to ensure targets are met identifying areas for improvement;
Share development ideas within the operations team to improve ongoing tasks;
Create and improve processes to drive operational efficiency to allow the business operations to scale efficiently;
Support other Operations departments to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Qualifications :
You are a people person an excellent communicator and a big team motivator as you will have daily contact with our Courier Partners;
You are a fast learner and attentive to both small details and the bigger picture;
You have a cando attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fastpaced startup environment;
You have the ability to think analytically and use analytical tools experience with tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an advantage;
You are fluent in English.
