Curtin Football Club is looking for a passionate and motivated Bar & Canteen Manager to take charge of our clubhouse operations. If you have experience in hospitality and want the freedom to run your own food business while managing our bar this is the perfect opportunity!
General Description
As our Bar & Canteen Manager you ll oversee the clubhouse bar and food service during our opening hours. You ll manage stock serve customers and create a welcoming environment for players and supporters. While you take home 10% of all drink sales you ll also have the flexibility to run the food service as your own business giving you full control over the menu and pricing.
Opening Hours from March October
- Tuesday Wednesday & Friday: 7 PM 10 PM
- Every second Saturday: Match Day & postmatch function
- Every Sunday afternoon
From October March we trade Tuesdays only
Requirements
- RSA Certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Experience in hospitality bar work or food service
- Friendly reliable and able to create a great atmosphere
- Ability to manage stock cash handling and compliance with licensing regulations
- Passion for food and customer service
- Availability for the above opening hours
