Requirements:
The TechnoFunctional Consultant Oracle ERP Procurement will be responsible for providing endtoend AMS support troubleshooting issues system configurations and integrations to optimize procurement functionalities in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS.
The role requires a deep understanding of procurement best practices in the utility industry and experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Oracle EBS and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. You will also contribute to system enhancements integrations user training and cutover activities.
Provide comprehensive AMS support for Oracle ERP Procurement modules ensuring seamless functionality and system availability.
Resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Procurement Cloud and Oracle EBS modules.
Perform troubleshooting debugging and root cause analysis to resolve incidents effectively.
Collaborate with Oracle Support to raise Service Requests (SRs) and implement necessary patches.
Conduct business requirement analysis by gathering and documenting client needs.
Configure Oracle Procurement modules including Purchasing Sourcing Supplier Qualification Procurement Contracts and SelfService Procurement to align with business processes.
Ensure proper functionality of Supplier and Agreement Data Management Procurement Approvals and Compliance Reporting.
Support procurement workflows catalog management and integration with thirdparty suppliers.
Develop and maintain custom extensions reports and interfaces using Oracle development tools:
o PL/SQL Oracle Forms Oracle Reports Oracle Workflow BI Publisher
o Customization of Fusion Procurement Reports and Dashboards
o API integration development using REST and SOAP APIs
Work on data con versions and imports including supplier and agreement migration during cutover activities
Support integrations between Oracle Procurement Cloud and external applications such as:
o JURO Contract Management System (preferred)
o Dell Boomi Middleware (preferred)
o Oracle WMS Cloud Oracle Planning Cloud and Oracle Inventory Management
Develop integration solutions to enhance procurement functionalities within the Oracle ERP ecosystem.
Develop user manuals training guides and knowledge base articles for endusers and procurement teams.
Conduct training sessions and handson workshops on Oracle Procurement modules
Provide ongoing user support to address functional queries and process optimization requests.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Oracle EBS (PO INV OM BOM WIP Advanced Pricing WMS).
Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL BI Publisher OTBI and Oracle Workflow.
Understanding of supplier management procurement contract lifecycle and compliance workflows.
Experience with data conversions cutover planning and data imports (suppliers & agreements).
Experience integrating Oracle Procurement with thirdparty systems (e.g. JURO Dell Boomi).
