Job Description
Job Title: Building Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 510 years
Salary: Depends Upon Experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall maintenance operations and safety of buildings.
- Manage building infrastructure including HVAC electrical plumbing and fire safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors vendors and maintenance staff for repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor building expenses and prepare budget forecasts.
- Address tenant or occupant concerns and ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervise security housekeeping and facility management teams.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Facilities Management or a related field.
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g. IFMA BOMA) is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance and compliance regulations.
- Experience in facility management budgeting and vendor coordination.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in building management software and project planning tools.
