- Review and validate customer documents;
- Assess potential risks linked to customer profiles and transactions;
- Maintain accurate and wellorganized records of document verification and customer data;
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve verificationrelated issues;
- Stay updated on KYC AML and compliance regulations to follow best practices;
Qualifications :
- Minimum Language requirements: English (B2);
- 6 Months of relevant working experience in a backoffice or customer support role will be considered an advantage;
- Attention to detail;
- Proactive and Customercentric;
- Basic computer skills & MS Office / Google Suite proficiency;
