In our Operations team no day is the same so you need to be selfmotivated driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal and community building skills! Our operations run seven days a week and although this role is mainly a Monday to Friday job sometimes it will require you to be available on the weekend or to travel to another city.
What youll be doing
- Creating courier engagement and meaningful content via internal tools nurturing flow monitoring and edits email newsletters inapp messages push messages chatbots and web pages.
- You will help with creating resources including FAQs troubleshooting guides and tips to empower couriers to resolve common issues independently.
- Be part of optimizing our processes procedures and communication channels.
- Oversee CP performance and funnel execution.
- Helping new CP applicants through our onboarding process.
- Responsible for direct communication with CPs including handling the inbox and potential inquiries information materials etc.
- Assisting in everyday and adhoc tasks.
Qualifications :
- Experience in a customer or peopleoriented role preferably online communication.
- Excellent communicator and expertise in creating texts blogs or similar to many recipients.
- Able to conceptualize improve and implement ideas and improvements in close collaboration with a team.
- Emphatic and a natural motivator as you will have daily contact with our Courier Partners.
- Ability to think on your feet naturally proactive and comfortable with autonomous
- problemsolving in a fastpaced environment.
- Responsible and reliable with a structured approach to your work.
- A strong creative eye
- You are fluent in Bulgarian and English.
