Job Description
Provide technical support to HL lab operations sale and clients.
Establish & maintain an electronic database of technical knowledge.
Organize technical training to HL CS/ TA/ report/ sale & lab technicians.
Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab participate in lab development projects Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab participate in lab development projects.
Participate in drafting of quality documentation and ISO/IEC 17025 lab accreditation activities.
Participate in organizing lab tour client training/seminars.
Double check on test assignment vs sample.
Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM.
Works closely with Lab Manager to prepare test plans protocols and SOPs for relevant business.
Reviews and advise product testing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review and approve test report.
Other duties upon requested
Qualifications :
University or above
At least three years of experience in Hardline/ TJP testing laboratory
Good communication skills
Good in English and Ms Office
Ability to complete projects and assignments on a timely basis
Handson openminded proactive team player
