Location: Tampa FL
Job Description:
We are seeking a Tech Lead specializing in OTC (OrdertoCash) SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to lead our support and continuous maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OTC processes leadership skills and a strategic approach to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of SAP systems.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Tech Lead specializing in OTC (OrdertoCash) SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to lead our support and continuous maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OTC processes leadership skills and a strategic approach to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of SAP systems.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have/be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science Information Technology)
- Language: English (Portuguese is a plus)
- 3 5 years experience as OTC SAP SD Tech Lead
- Extensive experience in OrdertoCash (OTC) processes and SAP SD.
- Proven experience in team leadership and resource management.
- Experience in implementing global rollouts and complex OTC projects.
- Experience with S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0.
- Certification in SAP SD solutions (desirable).
Preferred skills/Qualifications:

- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Organization & Time Management Skills
- General Data Analysis and Reporting: JIRA Dashboards filters as well as strong Excel knowledge is needed. Ability to create charts for trending prioritization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with MS Project for creating project plans to bring visibility to dependencies risks and issues.
- Experience with JIRA Excel MS PowerPoint
- SAFe knowledge
- General SAP working knowledge
