The Dominos Pizza Supply Chain team in Ann Arbor MI is seeking a Lead Procurement Specialist that will responsible for strategic category management and strategic sourcing support for multiple departments including Logistics HR Facilities and Communications. The Lead Specialist will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define business objectives and select and maintain qualified partners to support those objectives. They will perform detailed analyses and lead strategic sourcing activities including contract negotiations RFI/RFP and manage crossfunctional efforts to support Dominos procurement strategy. This position will also support Dominos ESG function for strategic sourcing support.
In this role you will:
- Lead all RFI/RFP and contract negotiations for suppliers in assigned categories.
- Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships including internal and external quarterly business reviews
- Serve as Dominos lead in understanding and effectively communicating market conditions and industry updates with internal stakeholders
- Communicate Dominos needs and requirements with external partners
- Collaborate with internal partners in identifying opportunities to optimize departmental spend
- Ensure 100% contract compliance
- Play central role in identifying new opportunities for cost reductions or efficiency gains
- Serve as core member of cross functional teams that are tasked with accomplishing longterm divisional objectives
- Seek to improve current processes by creating tools to automate information gathering and communication of results
- Clearly communicate analysis results and findings to stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Bachelors degree in business administration Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain with emphasis in logistics
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- Effective negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple high priority programs simultaneously without losing momentum or focus
- Must be able to excel in a fastpaced environment and continually seek to expand responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Effective problemsolving ability
- Strong financial acumen
