Job Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for the
waterproofing and paints business at the assigned territory. The incumbent will work closely with
retail and project channels including builders architects and interior designers; to generate new
business and ensure continued growth. A key part of this role is raising awareness of products
and driving engagement through targeted Painter/Dealer Training Programs. The Regional Manager
will also lead the performance management of sales and marketing executives with a focus on
continuously refining marketing strategies to maximize market presence and sales. Creativity in
approach and a handson leadership style are essential.
The responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Business Development & Market Penetration:
Identify and engage with key stakeholders such as builders architects interior designers and
retail dealers to drive business growth across the assigned territory.
Product Awareness:
Create and execute strategies to raise awareness about waterproofing and paints
products through direct marketing efforts and by building relationships with industry
influencers.
