Job Description

ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality data content to its readers viewers delegates and guests through digital print events awards video content social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out Arabian Business Harper s Bazaar Construction Week and Esquire.

As the Commercial Manager for Arabian Business at ITP Media Group you will lead our commercial initiatives focusing on driving significant revenue growth across all business verticals. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the commercial landscape exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and managing key client relationships. Your skills will be critical in expanding our market presence maximising revenue streams and ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry developments.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute commercial sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all business units.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and fostering longterm partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company s commercial reach.
  • Achieving targets and building new and existing key clients.
  • Negotiate and close highvalue deals ensuring favourable terms and outcomes for the business.
  • Oversee the performance and efficiency of commercial operations optimising processes for better results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing editorial and digital to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities ensuring the business adapts to industry changes and maintains a competitive edge.

Skills Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • A proactive and resultsdriven professional.
  • An exceptional new business developer focused on generating fresh revenue streams.
  • Highly motivated to exceed revenue targets and secure new clients across various industries.
  • Strong understanding of diverse media formats and platforms within the business and commercial media landscape.
  • Established network within the UAE GCC and global business sectors with a focus on media advertising and commercial industries.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills capable of fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about developing innovative solutions and driving them to successful completion.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure meeting tight deadlines while maintaining highquality outcomes.
