This is a remote position.
Schedule: Flexible during business hours 9 AM 5 PM Georgia (EST) 10 PM 6 AM Manila Time
Number of paid working hours per week: 40 hours

We re looking for a Marketing and Events Assistant to help manage social media and coordinate events for our client. - Implement engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube.
- Create and schedule compelling content to drive engagement and achieve client goals.
- Manage and update website content using content management systems.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events using event management platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
- Maintain organized documentation of social media calendars and event schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Proven experience in social media management particularly on Facebook Instagram TikTok and YouTube.
- Proficiency in website content management systems (GoDaddy experience preferred).
- Familiarity with event planning platforms such as JotForm and SimpleTix.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Metricool knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital trends.
- Techsavvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
