Job Description
As a Transportation Administrator you will play a key role in managing freight distribution and transportation logistics for global operations. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing shipment routing rating and financial processing. With an eye for detail and a passion for supply chain improvements you will help drive worldclass service for international customers all from the comfort of your home.
Job Overview
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Night Shift Mon Fri (10:00 PM 07:00 AM Weekends off)
Work setup: Temporary WFH Makati
Salary: PHP 30000 to PHP 50000

Your Daily Tasks
- Ensure high standards of ethics accuracy and commitment to customers and associates.
- Gain proficiency in transportation laws across Air Ocean and Ground modes (IATA certification required).
- Manage data entry processing and transportation data output.
- Handle shipment rating routing and tracking.
- Process financial transactions in USD and Local Currency.
- Generate reports and forms using MSExcel Tableau and other software.
- Identify and implement transportation cost reduction opportunities.
- Register and file with the U.S. Government (AES Automated Export System) for export shipments.
- Maintain data in Oracle ERP and Precision TMS.
- Assist in freight pay exception management.
- Analyze and suggest supply chain network improvements.
- Communicate with global operations teams international accounting and carriers for issue resolution.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Experience and knowledge:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international logistics or a combination of relevant education and experience
- Experience with Oracle and Precision is a plus
- Handson experience in processing ocean air and crossborder shipments
- Proficiency in export document preparation and requirements
- Knowledge of import requirements and processes customs brokerage and postaudit functions
- Experience handling hazardous materials (DOT49CFR IATA IMO)
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation facilitation and professional correspondence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables SUMIF VBA and Macros)
- Ability to provide technical expertise and guidance on product classifications export licensing and documentation import clearance sanctions tariffs customs duties auditing free trade agreements and other trade compliance areas
