They are excited to invite a talented and experienced Design Manager to join their dynamic and creative team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to unleash your creativity and make a significant impact on our brands visual identity.
Role Overview: As the Design Manager you will oversee a team of Art Workers and Design Engineers ensuring the delivery of highquality design projects. You will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion maintaining our corporate artwork style and ensuring our brands remain fresh and relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the design team providing guidance and support.
- Liaise with licensors and customers on design and approvals.
- Participate in staff reviews events and development activities.
- Develop and maintain a corporate artwork style in line with our identity guidelines.
- Contribute to artwork projects with planning and coordination engaging key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong management experience with a proven track record of managing small to mediumsized design teams.
- Extensive knowledge of design projects artwork design concepts licenses labelling branding style guides packaging design and product design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro) in a Mac environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday Friday 9am5pm with a 45minute lunch break.
