We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a prestigious hotel located in the vibrant and scenic Camps Bay with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Twelve Apostle Mountain range. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an exceptional culinary team where creativity and high standards are at the core of every dish.
In this role you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the highest levels of food quality presentation and consistency. Your responsibilities will include managing daily kitchen operations supervising junior staff overseeing food preparation and contributing to innovative menu planning. You will ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards maintain inventory levels and ensure overall kitchen efficiency. As a Senior Sous Chef you will also play an integral part in mentoring and training the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests.
