Job Description
Your contribution to something big ;
- Controlling Business Partner in Bosch Trkiye
- Ensuring accurate internal and external reports in IFRS basis to the decisionmakers
- Monthly Business Reporting and monthly performance review for all KPIs
- Business Plan and Forecast coordination including budgets resources measures and reports
- Monthly opportunities & risks analysis in terms of sales & profitability and support for action plans
- Make recommendations to drive optimal strategic results by KPI Analysis & Monitoring
- Adhoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company
- Development of controlling processes and implementation of the controlling tools
- Special projects e.g. developing of new business models implementation of datadriven decisionmaking approach to improve financial planning and analysis capabilities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in the field of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Master degree is a plus
- Min 35 years experience in the related functions such as Controlling Management Reporting Finance Business Partnering FP&A Budget Management etc.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Strong analytical technical and problem solving skills
- High level of ownership willingness for making an impact for the responsibilities
- Selfmotivated target oriented and multitasking skills with strong time management
- Welldeveloped communication skills ability to work in a team
- Advanced MS Office skills
- SAP CO and FI module knowledge is a must
- Preferably experience with databases such as Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Planning or SAP Business Warehouse
