Job Title: EPM Lead PCMCS
Location: Bangalore Hyderabad Chennai Pune Noida
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EPM Lead with 7 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM products specifically PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management). The role involves leading complex implementations designing solutions and ensuring successful application development and integration. You will be responsible for working closely with clients gathering requirements and providing solutions for Profitability and Cost Management applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage at least 3 successful PCMCS implementations.
- Design develop and maintain reports using Web Reporting Studio.
- Provide solutions and improvements to existing architecture and application design.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand functional requirements and build tailored solutions.
- Leverage best practices for design development and automation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for integration data management and Hyperion Essbase (ASO/BSO).
- Manage application design and lead crossfunctional teams effectively.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of EPM experience with at least 3 PCMCS implementations.
- Indepth knowledge of Hyperion Essbase (ASO/BSO) Data Management and integration.
- Strong experience in application design requirement gathering and solution design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Smartview for reporting and adhoc analysis.
- PCMCS certification is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel readiness.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
