Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers to deliver highquality solutions.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Solution Design: Design and architect scalable Odoo solutions ensuring high performance and security.
- Development & Customization: Develop custom Odoo modules features and integrations as per business needs.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
- System Integration: Integrate Odoo with thirdparty applications and other ERP systems.
- Deployment & Support: Oversee deployment processes and provide technical support postimplementation.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including system architecture and development guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants project managers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: 45 years of handson experience in Odoo development and implementation.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python XML and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo framework ORM workflows and report customization.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
- Expertise in Odoo integration with thirdparty systems (APIs Web Services).
- Proficiency in Python XML and JavaScript.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Odoo.sh and cloudbased Odoo hosting.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
