Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our clients large and busy nursery in Haslemere supporting the manager initially as a maternity cover role. Salary is c 32k with great benefits and has onsite parking.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 year experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
