If youre a patientfocused Practice Manager looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment look no further than Pembrokeshire Dental Care in Newport.
- 37 hours per week Monday Friday 8am 5pm
- Free onsite parking
At this friendly 3surgery practice we care for private patients. Youll work alongside Specialists and Therapists in this modern and purposebuilt practice.
Based in Newport in the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park we use all the latest technology to provide a full suite of dental services; from general checkups and tooth whitening to restorative dentistry crowns and fillings.
About you
We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g. retail / hospitality) will also be considered.
- Experience of working with financial records to include P&L KPIs and budget planning
- Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
- The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive proactive approach
