Job Description

What will you be doing

We are looking for a talented Manager to join our Client Relations Executive team based in Liverpool. The purpose of this role is to manage and coach the service and performance delivery of this  team supporting our Bestinvest client base.

As a Manager Bestinvest your responsibilities will include among others

  • Driving client advocacy of Bestinvest as a brand
  • Providing oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
  • Ensuring Bestinvest adheres to meeting client expectations around communication
  • Contributing to the wider client experience strategy
  • Being the supporting point for clients and mitigating any complains or dissatisfaction 
  • Driving down XPLAN task completion times by having efficient front to back processes and ensuring all mailbox & tasks are actioned within SLA by the team
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance across the team

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should

  • Be CISI IOC level 3 qualified or studying towards it
  • Previous experience in process improvement and managing communications clients
  • Being able to manage workload 
  • Previous experience in team management 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

Desired

  • Previous experience working in CRMs specifically XPLAN would be ideal
