Job Description
We are excited to be looking for a Hotel Assistant Restaurants Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate creative and enthusiastic to lead our team and enhance our guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Support in overseeing daily restaurants operations ensuring high standards of food quality service and cleanliness
- Assist in managing staff recruitment training and performance evaluations to build a motivated and effective team
- Support in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed maintaining cost control
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop menus and special promotions
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Support in preparing reports on operational performance and suggest improvements
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Flexibility in working hours is essential as you will be required to work hours as per business requirements which will include weekends evenings and may include bank holidays
