Job Description
As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will have oversight of all food and beverage outlets including Cocos Kitchen and Bar room service and event spaces. This key leadership role reporting directly to our wellestablished Food and Beverage Manager requires a strategic approach to managing operations optimizing performance and ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all outlets.
You will collaborate closely with a talented team driving results and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the business. If you are a decisive servicefocused leader with a passion for operational excellence we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Monitor revenue costs and budgets to meet financial targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
- Work with the Culinary team to refine menu pricing promotions and offerings that align with guest preferences.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and Conference & Event teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team fostering a culture of performance training and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in Food and Beverage management with a strong track record of leadership in a hotel restaurant environment.
- A genuine passion for service excellence
- Indepth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
- Expertise in wine varietals cocktails craft beers and spirits with a refined palate and an eye for quality.
- Strong awareness of current industry trends and the ability to adapt to emerging food and beverage innovations.
