Customer Service Representative

Location: Amuwo Odofin (near Festac Mile 2 and Satellite Town) Lagos

Industry: Healthcare

Salary: 120000 per month

Experience: 23 years in Customer Service

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive personable and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate must be based around Festac Mile 2 or Satellite Town and be ready to start immediately.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for our patients answering their inquiries managing appointments addressing concerns and providing overall support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone email or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information to patients and clients about our services procedures and policies.
  • Assist with booking appointments rescheduling and patient followups.
  • Maintain and update patient records accurately in the system.
  • Resolve complaints and issues promptly and efficiently ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth patient experiences.
  • Assist in promoting and educating patients about our health services.
  • Manage patient feedback and ensure it is appropriately addressed.
  • Process payments and insurance verification as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in customer service preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Reside around Festac Mile 2 or Satellite Town (candidates outside of these locations will not be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Must be smart professional and detailoriented.
  • Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office CRM systems).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A positive cando attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Must be ready to resume immediately
